The weather turned out to be beautiful today! I went out and met the K’s to get some Christmas card / family shots. It went very well and even Gracie the Corgi had fun!

November 1, 2009What has been going on?
December 19, 2008It’s been a very busy couple of weeks, that’s for sure. We’re in the process of painting a spare room upstairs to house Elijah’s (my son) toys and whatnot, aka a playroom. That’s kept me a bit busy lately. I did meet up with the M’s for a greeting card session a couple of weeks ago. Here’s a shot from the session, this is the one they chose for their greeting cards. The cards turned out great!
Now back to painting.. which is no fun, I might add.

‘L’ is for leery.
November 2, 2008Well the shoot went great! We arrived and there were tons of people there at Woodward. Not so many that you couldn’t get some good shots, just enough to where finding a parking spot was difficult. No problem though, we were able to meet up right away and get started. Little ‘L’ was a bit leery of me at first, he was pretty adamant about not getting his pictures taken. After a little talking and playing in the leaves he lightened up and was ready to explore and take some photos.
I just now imported them and will be going through them tonight or tomorrow but wanted to share this one that I quickly grabbed out of the batch. This was one of the last ones we took, as you can see he was still in a pleasant mood at the end of the shoot! What a awesome lil guy. I look forward to shooting him and the family again soon!
Oh, he has a motorcycle and a car – he’s a cool 3 year old.
Fall weather..
November 2, 2008..is awesome. No doubt about it. It’s an amazingly beautiful day today and I get to go do some shooting. In respect of privacy and such, since the internet is full of crazies, I’ll refer to families with an initial anytime I post pictures and whatnot.
So, I’m gonna go do a shoot for the ‘C’ family today. We’re meeting up at Woodward park to do some family portraits and some of the 3 yeard old alone. I’m stoked, it’s gonna be a blast. This family was referred to me by the ‘M’ family which I’ll be posting some of soon. I just delivered their prints on Friday and they were thrilled!
